Gene-Brain-Behavior Pathways in Childhood Psychiatric Disorders

Research Interest:

My research centers on identifying gene-brain-behavior pathways in childhood psychiatric disorders, focusing primarily on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Specifically, my lab is studying cognitive deficits and neurophysiological patterns associated with ADHD and testing these quantitative traits as putative endophenotypes for genetic investigations. The long-term goal of my research is to better understand the neural mechanism through which genetic polymorphisms produce the cognitive and behavioral phenotypes evident among children with ADHD.
